August adventures

August has been an exiting and busy month! The first week of August my mom and I took the babies to the zoo. Saying they LOVED it would be an understatement. Owen is still talking about it and its been over a month. I love to watch the smiles and excitement in my children eyes when they are doing something they enjoy and love. Owens favorite animal was the elephant. He has such a big imagination and pretends that they live out our back window. He will stand there forever and talk to the "elephants". Kyron just looks at him like he has lost his mind. Ahh how I love them!

A week later my sweet husband took me up north for my birthday to see family and friends and shop shop shop! We went to the knew City Creek Mall and to some of my favorite restaurants. Nephi loves to spoil me even though he knows I don't want him to. I'm pretty sure I have the best husband:)

This is the City Creek Mall. It was amazing! It had a great
 view of the temple.

The Guys. They never complained about too much shopping.

Thanks Lehi... I really wanted to see your chewed up food!

Charlie was taking some great pics.

A couple of nights ago I took the boys to the rodeo while Nephi was at school. It was a lot of fun! The boys and I are always looking for new activities to do to keep us busy and having fun. Owen had a blast and watched every second of it. he kept cheering and yelling for the guys to be careful. Owen is always worried about others and is such a peacemaker. Kyron on the other hand only wanted to climb the stairs, throw food at the people in front of us and then finally threw up all over mommy. He has turned into the rebellious child. (my children have a weird obsession of throwing up. Its really gross and frustrating when we are out places. Owen threw up in Target the other day but I could tell he was about to do it so i caught it in my hands.)

love love love!

For about a month now Owen has been potty trained and in a big boy bed! It has been so nice having him out of diapers. It was very easy potty training him. He caught on the first day and has only had two or three accidents since.

Owen loves his toys!
